| Many men have the consultation and operation on the same day; alternatively an initial consultation can be arranged to cover any queries about the procedure before you book. | ||
| After booking an appointment you will receive confirmation in writing, with a map and additional information. | ||
| Cost: The fee of £250 covers consultation, operation, post operation follow-up and convenient postal service for semen tests after 13-15 weeks. | ||

is payable on the day of the procedure. There are no hidden extras.
